A LOOOONG TIIIIMMMMEEEE!!!!!

Wow, I knew it had been a long time, but really. Is anyone still checking this thing?! I have not been on here forever. But I did not die, at least not physically!
So June 2009 was the last post I made. What on earth has been happening since June 2009? Not a thing (wink, wink).
When you last tuned in we had put our house on the market and were moving to Daytona Beach FL. I sure would like to move far away from this snow!!!!
However, God has much more for us...so in July - just like that here we stay. I know this is the Lord but boy am I arguing in my heart ;-)
So, I have to say of all my experience moving...it is much easier to move into an empty house some where else than to move BACK into the SAME house in the SAME place! Not so much because of the place but because the house is not empty! But, after much prayer and time I am now sort of unpacked again. Of course we started school, had holidays, and did the unpacking all at the same time!
So, we are staying, but much to our surprise, Aunt Amy is not! Sigh again. So we crammed as much as we could into August and she left. Really? yes. Sigh.
Ok, moving on by the grace of the Holy Spirit....we begin new things here in Denver. I am excited to see what God will do this year 2010. What a great new year it will be...
Our first adventure...
Amy came to visit. See the picture at the top. Wow I even have to remember how to post on this thing ;-)
Well, signing off for now. Be sure to leave a comment if you read this. I would love to know if anyone still checks. So sorry for the delay!

Random

So here is some randomness for you...the summer of 2004 my friend Robyn traveled to VA from CO to visit everyone. That is Joshua and Adin sitting with Chloe reading a story.
The two above are at the Rickards pool. The kids love it at that house! All parts of it. We are so blessed to have such great friends in our lives even now 5 years later.

Isaac's Song
I wanted to capture a moment of encouragement. I believe that the Lord is faithful to finish that which he starts...
So Isaac wrote this song and showed it to us.
Come and worship
Come and worship
The only Lord
The only God
The only Savior
33 years then nailed on the cross
It's not just a song
It's the worship from our hearts
Come Let us worship
O' Come let us bow down
O' Come let us worship
(you repeat)
You don't have to wait
To worship God
The only God
There's a price that we had to pay
But God paid the price that we had to pay
I am praying that God will teach him how to put the music to it too, :-)
Enjoy your day!
