Just wanted to respond to your question. There aren't many blogs I check that are chock full of ideas (I'm presuming you're looking for blogs with teaching ideas... if you're not, let me know). This is one blog I have gotten a few ideas from (it's Charlotte Mason in philosophy): http://thecookfamilyzoo.blogspot.com/

I don't know if either of those will be very helpful or not. I'm constantly coming across homeschooling blogs that are just plain enjoyable to read. Here is one I found today: http://indescribablelife.blogspot.com/ It's authored by a former second grade teacher. :-)
